Abouttherole: As Senior Lead, Partnerships, you will be a key member of the India leadership team, working directly undertheLeaderofFundraising&[link removed], stakeholder engagement, and team leadership, and will require you to own and execute all core responsibilities typically handled by the Leader. You will build and lead a robust partnership ecosystem — developing acomprehensive fundraising strategy,nurturingrelationshipswithdonorsandpartners,andpositioningRGFasagloballeaderin community-driven development. Whatyou’lldo:Strategy & PlanningDesign and execute a comprehensive partnerships and fundraising strategy aligned with RGF’s mission, focusing on diversified sources including government, foundations, corporations, and individual donors.
