Position: Psychiatry Expert Type:Contract Compensation:$130–$180/hour Location:Remote Duration:Ongoing, reviewed monthly Commitment:20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios from your Psychiatry practice, including diagnostic formulation, medication management, and psychotherapy fidelity. Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level quality to guide AI model training. Grade AI-generated responses against structured rubrics to ensure alignment with evidence-based standards. Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model behavior and outputs. Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to align with project goals. Qualifications Must-Have Board-certified attending physicians with a current, active, unrestricted medical license. Final-year resident physicians or recent graduates who are board-eligible. Fellows who are board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with a current active, unrestricted medical license. Start Date Rolling, after onboarding sign-off.
