Project Manager

And we’re looking for a Project Manager to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Receive new dispatch tickets and coordinate with partner vendor list
• Source local vendors when partner vendors unavailable (phone calls, research)
• Manage bidding process and compile information for Walgreens approval submission
• Ensure approved jobs are completed within timeline with partner vendors

• Close out tickets upon job completion

• Client-facing communication with partner vendors via phone and email

Qualifications:

• Must manage emails, tickets, and vendor communications
• Must communicate professionally with Walgreens and partner vendors
• Must be client-facing and make phone calls to partner vendors regularly

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST, Full-time

Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package: 75,000-80,000Php

• Competitive salary based on experience
