You’ll be in the driver’s seat — serving as the face of the agency and a strategic growth partner to your clients. This role is not for the passive or reactive. You’ll push boundaries, challenge thinking, and anticipate problems before they arise, guiding both clients and internal teams with confidence and [link removed] at the intersection of strategic consulting, performance marketing and analysis, and client leadership, you’ll oversee as many as 3–5 large-scale accounts, each representing multimillion-dollar marketing investments, and play a key role in driving measurable business growth for your clients and for CDM.

Client Leadership & Strategic Advisory
Serve as the primary strategic partner for up to 3–5 enterprise clients ($500K+/month ad spend), driving performance, alignment, and strategic direction.
Act as the primary executive-level advisor for enterprise clients, driving performance, alignment, and strategic direction.
Proactively push client thinking and agency performance, challenging assumptions and guiding toward scalable profitability.
Lead data-driven performance reviews, highlighting insights from ROAS, CPL and conversion rates, to down-funnel sales metrics.
Anticipate client needs, staying several steps ahead with proactive communication and clear recommendations.
Build deep, trust-based relationships with VP and C-suite leaders.
Guide clients with confidence and empathy, challenging thinking when needed to drive results.
Growth & Retention
Own account retention, growth, and revenue forecasting.
Identify opportunities for cross-channel growth and lead upsell conversations with credibility.
Forecast risks early and course-correct quickly, aligning internal teams to deliver solutions.
Lead renewal and expansion conversations with clarity and confidence.
Performance Insight & Decision-Making
Diagnose funnel performance across paid search, paid social, landing pages, and CRM pathways to uncover root causes and optimization opportunities.
Partner with analytics and media teams to connect marketing data to business outcomes.
Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights (not just reports) that drive executive-level decisions for your clients.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams across media, creative, CRO, and analytics to deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns.
Model extreme ownership, proactive initiative, and clarity under pressure — the behaviours that build client and team confidence.
Take full ownership of all client meetings, ensuring every touchpoint demonstrates strategic progress and delivers clear value through actionable insights, data analysis, and well-structured narratives.
Operate with a builder’s mindset — identify gaps, create resources, and develop frameworks or tools that enable scalable delivery without waiting for direction.
Mentor and develop the account team, helping refine processes and contributing to the continued evolution of CDM’s Enterprise Unit.

Qualifications
6+ years of client-facing account leadership experience within performance-driven sectors.
4+ years in a performance marketing or agency environment.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Proven experience managing $500K+/month accounts with VP/C-suite visibility.
Strong understanding of paid digital media and interpreting full-funnel performance data.
Demonstrated success driving retention, upsell, and proactive client engagement.
Confident communicator, storyteller, and polished presenter, comfortable in executive rooms.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or analytics (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated drive, curiosity, initiative, and self-direction; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness and ability to travel to the United States on a quarterly basis to represent the company at conferences, lead client engagements, and support key relationship-building initiatives
Bonus: Experience in home improvement, home services, or lead generation.
