Job Responsibilities
Design and execute the AI automation roadmap across the organization
Map and redesign end-to-end processes to unlock automation opportunities
Identify and prioritize high-impact (20/80) leverage points
Build or orchestrate AI agents, LLM workflows, and automation systems (RAG, APIs, pipelines)
Define governance, monitoring, and performance frameworks for AI systems
Drive cross-functional adoption across Product, Marketing, Ops, and Data
Lead technical decision-making, balancing innovation with scalability and reliability
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure impact
Improve workflows to accelerate time-to-production (2x speed)
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing AI team
Requirements
5+ years leading high-performance tech teams in dynamic environments
Strong experience in AI/ML systems (LLMs, APIs, automation workflows, MLOps)
Proven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, AWS, FastAPI, Node.js or similar
Strong systems thinking and ability to connect technology with business outcomes
Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Excellent communicator, able to translate complex AI concepts into business value
Strong ownership, prioritization (20/80), and execution skills
