Attorney (Pro Bono)

This is a remote position.

This position will require little time on an ongoing basis but more time at the beginning to review accumulated items. The attorney must be an active member of a state bar association. In general, it involves:

• Providing advice on ad-hoc issues.

• Reviewing contracts and recommending responses to unfavorable items.

• Reviewing our corporate documents, policies, and practices to recommend ways to reduce unnecessary risks.

This position is currently only open to US residents.
