Role Overview

The Azure Accelerate Triage PM drives operational efficiency and coordination across the Azure Accelerate program. This role manages the end-to-end lifecycle of program requests—from intake through funding approval—ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.

What You Will Do

Drive program requests from initiation through funding approval, ensure accurate documentation and timely progress, monitor case queues, triage escalations, and balance competing priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years project or program management experience in cross-functional environments
• C2 level of English language proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job experience
• Experience with Microsoft products and cloud/Azure ecosystems preferred
• Strong collaboration and risk mitigation skills across complex stakeholder groups
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Analytical problem-solver with ability to interpret ambiguous inputs and drive clarity
• Excellent written and verbal communication
