Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled AI Video Editor to join our Production Team. In this role, you'll harness AI-powered tools and workflows to produce high-quality video content at speed and scale — without sacrificing creative quality. You'll work closely with producers, designers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life across a range of formats and platforms.

Work setup: Work From Home

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 10 AM – 7 PM CST

Holidays: To follow PH Holidays

Responsibilities

• Edit and deliver video content using a combination of traditional editing tools and AI-assisted workflows
• Leverage AI video generation, enhancement, and automation tools to accelerate production
• Collaborate with the production team to develop scalable video templates and reusable content systems
• Maintain consistent visual style, pacing, and brand standards across all output
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, hitting deadlines without compromising quality
• Stay current on emerging AI video tools and proactively recommend workflow improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Hands-on experience with AI video tools — you've shipped real work using them, not just experimented
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of video formats (social, long-form, branded content, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics or After Effects
• Familiarity with prompt engineering for generative AI tools
• Background in content production for tech or SaaS companies
• Experience building reusable video templates or scalable content systems
