Role Overview
The Account Manager serves as the primary relationship manager for employer groups after they become Nationwide clients. They work with brokers to retain small business medical groups at time of reissue, communicate complex information in a simple, consultative manner, and balance the needs of brokers, clients, and internal business partners.
What You Will Do
The Account Manager will serve as a trusted partner to brokers, help resolve escalated service concerns, maintain strong relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience. They will also collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to evaluate pricing and renewal strategies.

Requirements
- Active Life & Health license
