What You Will Do

As a Business Analyst, you will own end-to-end requirements capture, refinement, and backlog management, translate business needs into clear user stories, and ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to product and technical constraints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agriculture
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in digital/IT/product environments
• Strong ability to structure and document complex requirements
• Lead discussions and workshops with varied stakeholders
• Translate between business and technical perspectives
• Demonstrated ability to own and drive work independently
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with a proven ability to pick up new tools and technologies
