You will play a key role in analysing our commercial and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring our IT systems effectively support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse and document end-to-end business processes across sales, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
Gather and translate business requirements into clear specifications for IT system enhancements and integrations.
Support the implementation and optimisation of ERP and WMS systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Produce detailed reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
Liaise between commercial, logistics, and IT teams to ensure alignment on system changes and new initiatives.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organisation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or retail.
Solid understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and order-to-cash processes.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or TMS (Transport Management Systems).
Knowledge of EDI standards and B2B integrations.
Familiarity with process modelling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, or similar).
Business Analysis certification (CBAP or PMI-PBA).
