Business Operations Manager

Role Overview:
The Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in managing backend operations, analyzing data, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across departments. You must be highly organized, Excel-savvy, and capable of owning the daily flow of leasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor day-to-day operational tasks across leasing, logistics, and support functions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, performance analysis, and reporting.

• Oversee and manage business operations across departments

• Handle rent collection and ensure timely payments

• Coordinate with customers regarding leasing or showroom services

• Monitor team performance and improve workflow efficiency

• Maintain compliance with industry standards and internal policies

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in an operations role, preferably in the car leasing or automotive showroom industry

• Experience in rent collection and customer service

• Strong understanding of business operations, resource allocation, and team management

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Working Conditions:

• Remote, Full-Time
• 11:00 AM 8:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
