Accounting Manager

Position Summary

The Accounting Manager will perform detailed financial analysis, maintain development accounting records, and support compliance and reporting requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain development cost ledgers and project accounting records.

· Track sources and uses of funds.

• Prepare financial schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist with project draw requests and funding requisitions.
• Reconcile development expenditures to budgets and financing sources.
• Prepare variance analyses and financial reports.
• Support investor, lender, and auditor requests.
• Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and audit schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with real estate or construction accounting preferred.
