What You Will Do
Pick Up the Phone:You are the frontline. You will call adjusters to present our findings and advocate for the scope of work.
Verbal Jiu-Jitsu:When an adjuster denies a valid line item, you don’t hang up. You use the data provided by our Estimators to explainwhythey are wrong andwhythey need to pay.
Climb the Ladder:If a Desk Adjuster stalls, you don't wait. You escalate the file to their Supervisor or the Insurance Agent to get movement.
Close the Loop:You manage the file until the final check is cut and the project is fully funded.
Requirements

Resilience:You are comfortable with conflict. You remain professional and cool-headed even when the person on the other end is being difficult.
Agility:You can switch strategies mid-conversation. If "Strategy A" isn't working, you pivot to "Strategy B."
Sales/Collections DNA:You treat every claim like a deal that needs to be closed. You follow up relentlessly.
Coachability:You are eager to learn our specific "Process Flow." We have a winning formula; you just need the discipline to follow it
