Role Overview
As our Chat & Community Support Specialist, you'll handle live chat support, respond to community posts, and ensure every user feels heard and helped. No degree required — just fast typing, clear communication, and a genuine interest in helping people.
What You Will Do
Handle live chat inquiries, respond to user posts, resolve common issues, escalate complex issues, contribute to the help center knowledge base, and flag trends in user issues.
