Chief Technology Officer, AI Systems & Multi-Agent Architecture

Overview

We're looking for a Russian-speaking technology leader to define and scale AI architecture standards across a group of companies. As CTO, youll set the technical direction for the portfolio, ensuring multi-agent AI platforms are deployed reliably, securely, and in full compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain reference architecture for AI platforms and multi-agent orchestration.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and traceability frameworks across subsidiaries.
• Manage MLOps pipelines, observability, and GPU/cloud infrastructure.
• Establish security, compliance, and ethical AI standards across the group.
• Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams, building scalable and high-performance capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and business leaders to align AI investments with group strategy.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendors, guiding build-versus-buy decisions across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 8+ years in distributed systems, ML platform design, or large-scale AI deployments.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud-native infrastructure, MLOps, and secure-by-design practices.
• Experience leading technical audits and certifications in enterprise environments.
• Proven success scaling engineering teams in diverse business contexts.
• Fluency in English and Russian, with additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and executive-level discussions.
