COMPLIANCE ANALYST

This is a remote position.

The Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the organization complies with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role supports compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, policy implementation, risk assessments, and audits while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams.​

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Conduct compliance reviews, risk assessments, and gap analyses.
• Support the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into product development.
• Support AML/KYC, data privacy, and financial crime compliance initiatives.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Promote compliance awareness and support training initiatives across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or internal audit.
• Experience working in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance principles.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments is an advantage.
