Role Overview
Join our team of passionate professionals dedicated to customer service as a Catalan-speaking customer service agent. You will be the voice of our customers, providing excellent support and building solid relationships with customers.
What You Will Do
Attend to customers through various channels in Catalan and Spanish, providing empathetic and efficient support, making the customer feel heard and understood.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a native or high level (C1+) of Catalan speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills, with empathy and active listening, to provide a brilliant experience to the customer.
Requirements
- Native or high level (C1+) of Catalan
- Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week, in rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with empathy and active listening
- Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher
