As a Global PR Manager at ETG, you will play a key role in helping to build recognition and credibility for the organization.
What you'll do:
- Be able to design and deliver global PR strategies and campaigns together with the tactics needed.
- Work with subject matter experts to develop PR and communications plans to support the company’s priority projects.
- Identify and respond to opportunities to showcase the company, positioning it as a leader in travel and tech, including public speaking opportunities and awards’ nomination
- Cultivate relationships with the media and thought leaders within the sector in key markets. Proactively pitch stories positioning the company as a sector leader.
- Generate news releases, backgrounders, factsheets, editorial and other written materials for a range of channels including print, broadcast, digital media.
- Manage agencies and contractors delivering work for the company.
- Be able to handle the PR response to crisis situations
Requirements
- 3+ years managing PR campaigns in several markets (Europe/Middle East/ LatAm/Asia/ NorthAm)
- Minimum three years’ experience in public relations in-house, experience in the b2b, tech or hotel industry. B2B experience is essential; it’s challenging for someone with only a B2C background to adapt quickly.
- Proven track record of delivering successful global projects.
- Experience in working with European/Middle East/US markets.
- Knowledge of business and industry media outlets.
- Analytical skills, ability to work with data.
- Solid knowledge of English (C1-C2), knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Public speaking and presentation skills.
- Work in a +3 GTM time zone.
