Per Diem Clinical Practice Coach

Role Overview

Support the growth ambitions of customers by delivering Benco's Practice Coaching curriculum on key business and leadership systems. Collaborate with Coaching peers to customize learning objectives and deliverables. Assist with updating curriculum and creating modules for remote education.

What You Will Do

Evaluate and assess practices to identify areas of opportunity, sell coaching through the assessment process, create proposals and agreements, and deliver coaching remotely and in person.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Registered Dental Hygienist
• 1-3 years of dental business/practice management experience
