About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with strong Civil 3D expertise to join our clients team on major infrastructure projects. This role is only suitable for a candidate with proven senior experience in civil engineering design, BIM coordination, and clash detection who can contribute technical excellence and deliverables on complex multidisciplinary projects.  Lead the design and delivery of civil engineering packages using Civil 3D.
 Develop and manage BIM models, including setup and level management.
 Undertake services modelling and clash detection, ensuring technical accuracy and resolving conflicts.
 Support the preparation of drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
 Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to deliver coordinated solutions.
 Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight.
 Ensure compliance with UK design standards, planning requirements, and project specifications.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience
Has to have plenty of civil knowledge as a senior
With extensive hands-on 3D Design, Civil 3D Design that falls under Autodesk experience and uses the package
Proven track record in BIM modelling, including setup and management of levels.
Hands-on experience with services modelling and clash detection tools (e.g., Navisworks).
Senior level background, ideally Chartered (CEng/IEng) or near-chartered.
Strong drainage design/modelling knowledge (MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage) – desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
