The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid channels. You’ll drive Meta + Google Ads strategy, creative testing, and UGC campaigns — directly fueling revenue growth. Experience scaling spend beyond $200K/month is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Scale and optimize Meta + Google Ads (and expand into TikTok/LinkedIn).

• Write sharp, conversion-focused ad copy.

• Lead UGC creator sourcing, briefs, and iteration.

• Track and optimize KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC).

• Collaborate across design, content, product, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing Meta + Google Ads, scaling to $200K+/month.

• Proven record in direct-response / e-comm performance marketing.

• Strong copywriting + creative iteration skills.

• Deep knowledge of attribution + funnel optimization.

• Bonus: TikTok/LinkedIn Ads, SEO, or high-growth startup experience.
