We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of software development projects, build high-performing teams, and partner with executive-level clients across the U.S.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects.

• Build and grow long-term client relationships.

• Lead, hire, and develop cross-functional technical teams.

• Drive account growth through upselling and strategic partnerships.

• Manage project budgets, risks, resources, and delivery quality.

• Improve delivery processes and operational excellence.

• Travel to the U.S. up to 4–6 weeks per year.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years in Project Management, including 3+ years in Technical Delivery or Program Management.

• 5+ years managing executive-level client relationships.

• 5+ years leading software delivery teams in a consultancy environment.

• Technical background in Software Development or QA.

• Experience with legacy modernization and greenfield projects.

• Jira & Confluence proficiency.

• AI-forward mindset and excellent English communication skills.

• Willingness to travel to the U.S.
