Design Program Manager

Role Overview

The Design Program Manager will be the operating partner for Product Design, helping the team mature an inconsistent and unruly design process into a clear, lightweight, repeatable system without slowing down the company's well-established ability to move quickly.

What You Will Do

Build and run Product Design's core operating cadence, create lightweight systems, establish engagement models, improve launch readiness, and partner with design systems leaders.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $129,000 - $159,000 annually
