Senior Consultant

This is a remote position.

• Experience in working within ITAM ServiceNow Module (HAM/SAM)
• Understanding of complete asset management lifecycle (Software/Hardware)
• Technical background and understanding of IT service Infra, scripting and software technologies.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation capability.
• Experience in business process management, including writing, processes, and process improvement plans.
