Role Overview
Join a leading Am Law firm in Atlanta as an Environmental Regulatory Associate Attorney. Advise clients on complex environmental compliance, enforcement, and regulatory matters involving federal and state environmental laws. Collaborate with a nationally recognized environmental practice.
What You Will Do
Advise clients on compliance with federal and state environmental laws and regulations. Represent clients in interactions and negotiations with federal and state environmental agencies. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, regulatory analyses, and other legal documents.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 3–4 years of environmental regulatory experience
- Experience handling matters arising under major federal environmental regulatory programs
- Active membership in the Georgia Bar
