How You’ll Make a Difference

• Decoding the Blueprints:You will read and interpret complex construction plans,drawings,and specifications,pinpointing the exact scope required for testing and inspections without getting lost in full-scale construction noise.

• Blueprint-to-Budget Precision:You will execute targeted plan takeoffs by accurately measuring and counting materials,labor,and line items,transforming raw project data into clean,populated estimation spreadsheets.

• Proposal Pipeline Speed:You will gather project details and proactively clarify quantities and scope,ensuring that backend proposal templates are perfectly assembled and require nothing more than a quick final sign-off before being sent to clients.

• System Optimization:You will navigate,maintain,and structure estimating templates—leveraging manual adjustments or AI-assisted formatting—to turn disorganized data into highly professional corporate pricing matrices.

Requirements

Is This You?

• An Eagle-Eyed Analyst: You have a solid background or sharp understanding of engineering, construction, or blueprint specs, allowing you to catch every dimension and detail with absolute mathematical precision.

• The Spreadsheet Master: Excel or Google Sheets is your playground; you can manage complex formulas, data entry tasks, and structure information beautifully so it is instantly actionable.

• Proactive Communicator: You don't guess when things are unclear—you confidently ask the right questions about project timing, scope, and numbers to guarantee total accuracy.

• Tech-Savvy: You navigate digital systems easily, have a high comfort level with CRM systems or estimation software, and can actively leverage AI tools to streamline manual formatting and data organization tasks.

• Your Home Office: You operate out of a secure, distraction-free environment equipped with a high-performance computer capable of rendering graphics-heavy architectural blueprints, high-speed internet, and a secondary monitor to optimize your tracking efficiency.
