EXPERIENCE CLOUD CONSULTANT - SALESFORCE

BFCG is seeking an Experience Cloud Consultant to help clients build customer, partner, and employee portals that enhance engagement, self-service, and collaboration experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
• Design customer and partner portal experiences
• Configure user access, permissions, and security controls
• Develop self-service and community engagement solutions
• Gather business requirements and create solution designs
• Support integrations with enterprise platforms
• Conduct user training and solution dem​onstrations

Requirements

• 5–8+ years Salesforce consulting experience
• Experience implementing Experience Cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of portal and community architecture
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and access models
