Role Overview

RGP is seeking a senior Google Workspace Platform Engineer to own and operate Google Workspace as a mission-critical enterprise platform. The role requires a hands-on expert who has operated in highly customized environments, solved ambiguous and non-standard user issues, and driven platform decisions at scale.

What You Will Do

Own and administer Google Workspace end-to-end, operate effectively in a highly customized environment, lead post-migration stabilization efforts, fine-tune Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and security policies, and troubleshoot complex access and security issues.

• Advanced troubleshooting across collaboration, access, and data environments
• Strong experience managing Chrome Enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with GAM, including secure implementation and advanced administrative use cases
• Proficiency in scripting and automation to support scalable administration
