Product Designer Packaging & Brand Experience
About the Role
Our client a fast-growing direct-to-consumer company in the wellness and lifestyle industry is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer with strong experience in packaging, pattern design, and visual branding.
This person will join a dynamic creative team working on premium consumer products that combine aesthetics, quality, and functionality. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketing, and product teams to deliver high-quality visuals that elevate the customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Design packaging concepts, product patterns, and printed materials aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
Develop production-ready files and coordinate with suppliers to ensure flawless execution.
Support new product launches with strong creative direction and consistency.
Create and maintain design systems for cohesive branding across all products and channels.
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align packaging visuals with campaign goals.
Stay updated on design trends in beauty, wellness, and consumer goods to bring innovative ideas.
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product or packaging design, ideally within consumer goods, beauty, or wellness.
Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, pattern, and branding projects.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Deep understanding of typography, color, and composition.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
Experience with mockups, print production, or photography direction.
Background in e-commerce or D2C brands.
Basic skills in motion or video editing.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Latin America.
Schedule: Full-time, flexible with overlap in U.S. hours.
English Level: Advanced / Fluent.
Compensation: Around USD X, depending on experience.
