ResponsibilitiesManage a wide range of legal-related matters for a portfolio of companiesProvide general legal advice and support for day to day commercial operationsReview, advise and draft commercial contractsReview banking and financing documents. Maintain patents and trademark portfolioContract management and administration (ie: ensuring proper records and filing system)Liaise with external counsels in connection with disputes and other litigation mattersRequirementsLLBStrong commercial acumen and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a teamPossess excellent negotiation, communication and people management skillsMinimum 5 years of experience in company and commercial law and contract negotiations
