Forward Deployed Engineer (AI & Business Transformation)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to sit at the core of enterprise transformation engagements, directly embedding with client teams to redesign workflows, establish operating models, and drive technology adoption.

What You Will Do

Map current-state workflows, redesign target-state operations, build working, AI-powered prototypes, and utilize working demos and prototypes as the primary tool for stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in management consulting or equivalent roles within enterprise technology, SaaS, or professional services
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: organizational design, operating model transformation, change management, technology enablement, process engineering, or go-to-market execution
• Proven track record of building structured, evidence-based arguments to effectively influence and align senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience building functional AI-powered workflows, automations, and prototypes
• Ability to rapidly scope and build a working proof of concept within the constraints of a client engagement
• Strong diagnostic mindset with a dedication to understanding root causes and broken processes
• Deep accountability to actual outcomes and measurable impact
• Bias toward early proof, preferring to build working prototypes over producing standard roadmaps
• Ability to operate effectively in a forward-deployed capacity, integrating deeply alongside client engineers, product leads, and operators
