FTF Senior 3D Artist

- Lead the creation and refinement of 3D models and environments for VR applications
- Collaborate with developers and other artists to ensure assets are optimized for real-time performance
- Mentor and guide mid-level and junior artists
- Utilize advanced skills in Maya, 3DSMax or Blender, Photoshop, Substance Painter and Illustrator to produce high-quality textures and materials
- Contribute to character animation and ensure seamless integration into VR applications
- Provide artistic direction and ensure consistency in visual style across different projects
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, implementing best practices in 3D art production

Requirements

Experience in real-time 3D art production Proficiency Maya Proficiency 3DSMax Proficiency Blender Proficiency Photoshop Proficiency Substance Painter Proficiency Illustrator Extensive experience in 3D modeling Extensive experience texturing/shading Character animation Strong real-time rendering constraints and optimizations Traditional art background Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work effectively remote
