Role Overview
Join a leading Am Law firm as a Mid-Level Corporate & Private Equity Associate Attorney, working on sophisticated transactions for private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and institutional investors.
What You Will Do
Represent private equity sponsors and portfolio companies in leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic corporate transactions.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 4–5 years of private equity acquisitions experience
- Significant experience representing private equity funds in sophisticated acquisition transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to independently manage complex transactions
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where applying
