Location: Remote (LATAM)
Work Modality: Remote
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
Rate: Up to USD 20/hour
Role Purpose
The Senior MuleSoft Developer will design, build, deploy, and support cloud-based integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This role requires strong experience in API development, system integrations, cloud environments, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform on Cloud.
Build sync and async APIs and microservices following the XAPI / PAPI / SAPI model.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration specs.
Support the creation of frameworks for error handling, logging, monitoring, and notifications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability.
Document APIs, integration flows, and technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices and coding standards.
Support and maintain existing integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer or in a similar integration role.
Strong knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub 2.0, Exchange, API Designer, DataWeave, and Anypoint Studio.
Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or similar languages.
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud environments.
Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases and data integration techniques.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Advanced English level.
Preferred Skills
MuleSoft Developer certification is a plus.
Experience with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
Experience with connectors such as Amazon Lambda, DynamoDB, DocuSign, SFTP, Power BI, Teams, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and XML/JSON modules.

A strong fit for this role is a senior integration professional with solid MuleSoft experience, strong API and cloud knowledge, and the ability to build reliable enterprise integrations while working effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
