Qualifications*

Bachelor's Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience*

8 years' experience with large project in Oil and Gas industry, including 1 year
of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles or oversight of

service/vendor personnel.

Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and
procedures.
Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and
standards, and contract technical specification compliance.
Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors,
power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations,
Projects, Subsurface, etc.
Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning,
commissioning and systems completion.
Experience in corrosion, chemicals, materials, mechanical, or related discipline
in the oil and gas industry
Familiar with appropriate works related to preservation including, but not
limited to, checklists and hydrotest, lifting, lay-up and load out, inspection test
plans, chemical handling, materials and plant inspection, corrosion/integrity
management, quality, welding procedures and inspections.
Experiences for handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors.
Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a
working knowledge of Industry standards.
Milestone and schedule orientated.
Interpersonal skills, able to work in a team.
Capable of decision making with consultation to establish mutual direction
Experience in offshore environment is a plus.
Technical and
Business Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork
and the ability to communicate and interact within a Project Management
Team.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications
and some technical applications.
Ability to communicate with Contractor's team and obtain required
information as requested.
Experienced with Interface coordination and support activities and

documentation.
