Role Overview

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking enthusiastic Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Online Streaming Service, based in Greece. This remote position offers the opportunity to provide excellent support to customers, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and engaging streaming experience.

What You Will Do

Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese, assist with account management, subscription issues, and content-related inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to streaming devices and platforms.
