Principal SAP EAM/PM Functional Consultant

On behalf of our client - the UK branch of a global consulting firm building a new SAP implementation practice - we are looking for a Principal ERP EAM/PM Functional Consultant. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and optimizing end-to-end SAP solutions for clients across [link removed] You’ll Do: Collaborate with clients to understand business and operational requirements in the EAM/PM domain Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and lead process design Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document solution blueprints Configure and implement key maintenance processes: equipment master data, maintenance plans, task lists, work orders, and failure analysis Help clients improve asset reliability, reduce downtime, and meet compliance standards Integrate SAP IAM tools (e.g., SAM, APM) to support mobile maintenance and operational efficiency Prepare project documentation, support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live execution Provide post-go-live support, end-user training, and knowledge transfer Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvements, and delivery excellence Requirements 10+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA consulting experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations in EAM/PM Deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management, including end-to-end process design and optimization Proven experience working in a client-facing role within a consulting or systems integrator environment.
