Product Manager – AI-Powered Startup

This is a remote position.

As our Product Manager, you’ll be the strategic driver behind our MVP, working at the intersection of AI, product design, and user experience. You’ll own the product roadmap, collaborate with a world-class team, and ensure we deliver a product that the selected ecosystem will [link removed]:​

• Define and prioritize the MVP scope
• Conduct user research with possible users to validate pain points and refine functionality.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless product experience.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve the product post-launch.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of user research, product design, and agile development.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for empowering freelancers and solving real-world problems.
• Top engineering school from Poland or Europe
