Product Manager

The role

Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own core gameplay loops, features, and live ops strategies that shape how our players engage, grow, and stay. You’ll work side-by-side with a world-class team of designers, developers, and artists to build mobile experiences that players love — and that scale.

What you’ll do
  • Define and own the product roadmap for one or more titles — from concept to live ops

  • Collaborate with game designers and developers to shape engaging, intuitive features

  • Design and run A/B tests to validate ideas and optimize KPIs like retention and LTV

  • Use data (quantitative + qualitative) to guide decisions and uncover opportunities

  • Coordinate feature development, from specs to launch, across cross-functional teams

  • Balance creative intuition with business outcomes — know when to take risks, and when to double down

  • Advocate for the player. Always.

Requirements

Who you are
  • 3–5+ years in product management, ideally in mobile gaming or consumer apps

  • Proven track record of shipping features or live ops content that moved the needle

  • Deep understanding of player psychology, mobile game loops, and monetization

  • Strong analytical thinking — you're comfortable digging into dashboards, Excel, SQL, or whatever helps answer the right questions

  • Clear communicator and natural collaborator — you thrive in cross-functional teams

  • A thinker and a doer — strategic but hands-on when needed

  • Curious, creative, and not afraid to challenge assumptions

Benefits

Why join us
  • Real ownership: your ideas, your features, your impact

  • A team of kind, smart, no-ego collaborators who care deeply about players

  • Fast iteration cycles with freedom to experiment

  • Competitive salary, equity opportunities, and bonus linked to game performance

  • Remote-friendly, flexible schedules, and time off that people actually take

  • Annual learning budget and paid game time (yes, for real)
