Role Overview

Join our Project Management & Design Department as a Project Designer, responsible for managing design plans for new construction and renovation projects, specializing in Educational FF&E. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of spatial creativity, technical CAD/3D modeling skills, and communication prowess.

What You Will Do

Create comprehensive designs, present design concepts, source materials, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders. Utilize specialized software to produce high-quality CAD drawings and 3D visuals.

Why It Might Be a Fit

2-4 years of industry experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Giza 2020/CAP, and CET Designer, and strong knowledge of interior design and custom furniture solutions are highly preferred.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of industry experience in commercial project design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Giza 2020/CAP, and CET Designer
• Strong knowledge of interior design and custom furniture solutions
• Technical skills in generating precise CAD drawings and detailed 3D models/visuals
• Travel availability within a designated regional territory
