Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Project Engineer to support the delivery of a ground-up, large-scale data center project in West Texas. This role is ideal for someone early in their construction career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
What You Will Do
Manage project controls and document management, coordinate site activities, participate in planning and coordination meetings, assist in identifying and resolving design and construction conflicts, support QA/QC processes, and track and process submittals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience supporting mission critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex projects
- Familiarity with construction technology platforms such as CMiC, PlanGrid, BIM 360, Assemble, or similar systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a highly technical, schedule-driven construction environment
