Project Manager (m/w/d) - Focus: Digital Transformation & Operations

Role Overview

In this position, you are the hub and axis for our operational and digital processes. You analyze, question, and sketch existing and new business processes. You act as a communication bridge between occupational medicine, occupational safety, and our internal IT/software team. You steer cross-functional projects from the first idea to successful implementation.

What You Will Do

Process design & optimization, interface management, project management, product co-creation, requirements management.
