QA ANALYST - SERVICENOW

This is a remote position.

The QA Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, validating system functionality, and ensuring quality across ServiceNow implementations. The role focuses on functional testing, regression testing, defect management, and ensuring business requirements are accurately delivered. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Validate business requirements against system implementations.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Support testing of workflows, configurations, and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure requirement traceability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.
• Assist in release validation and production readiness checks.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing or QA roles.
• Strong experience testing ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Manual testing (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
• Test case design and execution
• Defect tracking and reporting
• ServiceNow testing (workflows, modules, configurations)
• Basic API testing (Postman preferred)
