Job description
Role Overview
Manage calls from physicians, verify identities, relay results, or connect to radiologists. Act as a liaison between the hospital, clinical contacts, and radiologists. Ensure exams are ready for interpretation by attaching prior exams, notes, and documents. Monitor worklists, balance workload, and assist in locating specialty resources.

Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a safe work environment, reporting issues, and orienting new staff.
