Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven RemoteNo-Code Automation & Systems Specialist to design, build, and optimize scalable business systems for small business clients. As a business consulting firm, we help organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and scale through no-code platforms, automations, AI-powered workflows, and business systems using tools such as [link removed], ClickUp, Airtable, Softr, and [link removed]. In this role, you will build and implement reliable systems, automations, integrations, and AI solutions while collaborating closely with the Project Manager and Founder to deliver high-quality, well-documented solutions on time. The ideal candidate has at least three years of hands-on experience with no-code platforms and automation tools, thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building scalable systems that help businesses operate more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Building & Implementation
- Build and configure client systems using no-code platforms, including [link removed], ClickUp, Airtable, and Softr.
- Design and implement automations using [link removed] and third-party integrations.
- Implement AI tools and workflows to improve client operations.
- Deliver well-structured, maintainable, and thoroughly documented solutions.
Collaboration & Process
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope and deliver projects on time.
- Partner with the Founder on technical decisions and solution design.
- Follow established project management processes and delivery standards.
- Communicate project risks, blockers, and scope changes proactively.
Documentation & Execution
- Document all builds clearly so clients and the team can understand and maintain them.
- Create Loom walkthroughs and Scribe guides as part of every delivery.
- Deliver projects on time and communicate proactively regarding delays or changes.
- Take ownership of assigned solutions and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Work independently within established processes and project scope.
- Clarify requirements and ask thoughtful questions before implementation.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the development process.
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent responsiveness and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, colleagues, and teammates.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with no-code platforms and automation tools.
- Expertise in the following platforms: [link removed], ClickUp, Airtable, or Softr.
- Working knowledge of [link removed] and multi-step automations.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and business communication tools, including WhatsApp Business, Loom, and Scribe.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
- Experience supporting multiple companies, clients, or departments.
- Understanding of project management principles and structured workflows.
- Strong understanding of leveraging AI to improve productivity, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging AI features, integrations, and no-code technologies.
- Experience combining AI tools, automations, and no-code platforms to build reliable and scalable systems.

Compensation & Benefits:
