Role Overview
Join a leading Am Law firm as a Renewable Energy Tax Associate to advise clients on sophisticated renewable energy transactions, tax credit monetization strategies, and other cutting-edge matters driving the clean energy transition.
What You Will Do
Advise clients on federal renewable energy tax incentives, counsel on renewable energy tax compliance matters, support mergers and acquisitions, structure and negotiate tax equity financings, and provide practical tax advice to developers and investors.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 1–8 years of transactional tax experience at a law firm
- Experience with renewable energy tax credit transactions, tax equity financings, tax credit transfers, and related tax opinion work
- Strong understanding of federal renewable energy tax incentives and related transactional structures
- Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility for admission
