Sales Development Representative

We are revolutionizing software testing and need help in letting the world know it. Hence, we are looking for Jedi relationship builders and hunters with a mission to seek out our prospects, driven human beings who want to impact the world by changing how software is tested.

Preferred - Recent Graduates/Freshers with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Find and identify prospects, then communicate value and schedule meeting
• Create and execute warm and cold outreach campaigns
• Effectively communicate the value our product offers
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team
• Continually improve technical understanding of our testing tool and software
• Track and organize efforts and results in a CRM
• Ability to maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and move qualified prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.
• Maintain target conversion rates from outreach to meetings booked, meetings held, and sales-qualified opportunities (KPIs)

Requirements:

• Ideally work experience of an year as SDR
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Bachelor's in Computer Science/IT preferred
• Ability to understand and clearly express their thoughts
• Capable of learning some technical understanding of how the software works
• Self-motivated and driven
• A team player
• Experience with Apollo, MeetAlfred, ZoomInfo, Aircall, Claude-Copilot (Projects) is preferred

Compensation:

Base Pay : $1500 Per Month

Commission: 1% commission on closed deals generated from leads sourced by the SDR
