Abouttheproject

YouwilljoinaglobalSAPS/4HANAprogramfocusedonthetransitionfromSAPWMtoSAPEWMacrossmanufacturingfacilitiesintheCzechRepublic.

Theprojectiscurrentlyenteringacriticaldesignphase,wherefuturewarehousemanagementprocesses,handlingunitconcepts,warehouseautomationrequirements,andimplementationroadmapswillbedefined.

As the SAP IT Project Manager, you will lead the design phase together with business stakeholders, ensuringalignmentbetweenbusinesstransformationgoals,SAPstandardizationstrategy,[link removed],governance,stakeholdercoordination,andpreparationofthefutureimplementationroadmap.

Thisisanexcellentopportunitytoplayakeyroleinalarge-scaleinternationalSAPtransformationinitiativewithinaglobalmanufacturingorganization.

Yourresponsibilities

• LeadtheSAPdesignphasetogetherwiththeBusinessProjectManager

• Ownprojectplanning,scope,timelines,resourceallocation,andriskmanagement

• Coordinateandfacilitatedesignworkshopswithbusinessstakeholdersandsolutionarchitects

• Drivealignmentacrossmanufacturing,finance,andITteams

• Manageexternalpartnersandinternalstakeholders

• Ensureeffectivegovernanceandcross-functionaldecision-making

• Defineimplementationroadmapsandprojectdeliveryplans

• Maintainprojectdocumentation,decisionlogs,andgovernancerecords

• EnsurearchitecturedecisionsaredocumentedandalignedwithglobalSAPstrategy

• Supportbusinesscasepreparationandfutureprojectplanning

• Preparetheorganizationforsubsequentimplementationphases
