Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on Solutions Architect to support a strategic SAP Integrated Business Planning expansion initiative. This role sits at the intersection of solution architecture, technical delivery, and program coordination, requiring a professional who can define scalable technical solutions while also driving execution across multiple workstreams.

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and supporting delivery efforts for an IBP expansion program, with a strong focus on integrating non-SAP solutions into the broader enterprise ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, or comparable technical leadership role
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) and enterprise system integrations
• Strong experience integrating non-SAP solutions within complex technical ecosystems
• Proven Project Management experience, including stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and delivery tracking
• Experience with process mapping and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, software design patterns, DevSecOps principles, and engineering best practices
• Experience coaching or mentoring technical teams, with a focus on code quality and technical standards
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
